After our wonderful breakfast at our hotel, Erin and I switched to the hostel where my friends we were meeting up with, had made reservations. My friend Borinque from Reno is currently studying in Viterbo, Italy and so we decided to meet up in Florence. Her and her friend were taking a while to get in, so Erin and I decided to go exploring while we waited. We headed to Ponte Vecchio, an old bridge that has a bunch of really expensive jewelry shops on it. The jewelry was so pretty. It was painful to walk by. Then we went to Boboli Gardens. It was a garden. Very Boboli. Seriously though, they were beautiful. And then after we met up with Borinque and her friend at the hostel, we all went to Piazzale Michelangiolo, where we watched the sunset and had a view of all of Florence. We ate dinner at the same place, I had pizza, wine and tiramisu. How dang classy. OH YEAH: I had chocolate chip and chocolate mousse gelato today! mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
